Twitter As Social Media Marketing Tool



Nowadays is very important to have an own brand, for build our brand we can use different tools like social networks as Twitter, Facebook, Youtube,etc. The Social networks are in constant development, and we have to see it as an advantage that we must use correctly and adapted to the new changes to create our own brand. 

Adapt to the new technologies and the changes on it, for some people is more difficult than for others, because sometimes people that have more traditional perspectives do not want to see the changes and they prefer to use the traditional things instead to adapted to the new technology  and use social networks as a form to build their personal brand or as a way to improve your business.

We can use for example Twitter as a Social Media Marketing tool. It can helps us to spread easily and quickly the information that we want to sent to our target. It is an essay way to communicated with them and maintain good relationships with our followers. 

On the one hand it required a lot of effort and time, because we need to keep in contact with them and post new things from time to time, if we do not publish things in a long time our followers will stop following us because they do not receive the information and the attention  that they want. But for the other hand Twitter is a tool thats is direct and simple to use. Having just a few positive viral tweets about you or your company can make a big difference to your online reputation.

However, I used to use Twitter for follow companies that I really like, I have started to follow this accounts: @CocaCola, @DremWorksAnimation, @McCann_Spain, @PublicisGroupe, @HavasPR_Es. Because I'm very interested in Advertising and marketing fields and following this accounts I can be all the time in contact with this companies and be up to date with the news and the things they publish.

I'm going to start to talk about Facebook and how a company can market themselves using this Social Media tool. Facebook has three different ways to market a company, you can use a page, an Add or a group. You can engage followers using these tools. On the other hand, we need to take care at the time to post something and we need to know that almost 80% of the population is concentrated on the East Cost.
